1. About Us

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Alcohol Purchases

You must be 18 years or over to purchase alcohol from our website.

By placing an order that includes alcohol, you confirm that:

You are legally permitted to purchase alcohol
The recipient is also over 18

We reserve the right to cancel orders or request age verification where required by law.

3. Products & Descriptions

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate.

Please note:

Images are for illustration purposes only
Packaging and presentation may vary slightly
Colours may differ depending on screen settings

Branded products (including but not limited to Jo Malone and Hotel Chocolat) are genuine items but are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brand owners.

4. Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised gift boxes, bespoke hampers, and custom selections are made to order.

Once placed:

Personalised and custom orders cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded
We are not responsible for errors supplied by the customer (e.g. spelling, wording, recipient details)

Please review all personalisation carefully before checkout.

5. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate orders include (but are not limited to):

Bulk hamper purchases
Branded or personalised corporate gifting
Orders placed on behalf of a business or organisation

For corporate orders:

Payment may be required in full before production begins
Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on order size
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or amended
Corporate orders are non-refundable, except where goods are faulty or incorrect

We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, artwork confirmation, or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

Change prices without notice
Correct pricing or typographical errors
Cancel orders where an error has occurred

Payment must be received in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate clients.

7. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Failed age verification
Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier services
Adverse weather
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary:

Alcohol, personalised items, perishable goods, and corporate orders are non-returnable
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, logos, and designs, remains the intellectual property of and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the total value of the order placed

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
