Delivery Policy

At THE HAMPER CO, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time.

Delivery Times

• Free UK Delivery
  Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses. All orders are sent with DHL, fully tracked, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

  Dispatch & Delivery Times
  • Orders placed by 12pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12pm, or at the weekend or on a bank holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
  • Personalised gift boxes require an additional 2 working days before dispatch.
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may take 1–3 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  Christmas Delivery
  For delivery before Christmas, please order by Thursday 17 December for standard hampers and gift boxes, and by Tuesday 15 December for personalised gift boxes. We recommend ordering as early as possible.

Corporate & Branded Orders

Corporate orders (including logo-branded boxes and inserts):

• Branded orders (10 or more gifts) require around 2 weeks for production before dispatch.

• May require additional processing time due to customisation

• Cannot be expedited once production has started

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier issues

• Adverse weather

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
