Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Corporate and bulk orders may require longer lead times, which will be clearly stated at checkout

Corporate & Branded Orders

Corporate orders (including logo-branded boxes and inserts):

  • Are dispatched according to the lead time selected at checkout

  • May require additional processing time due to customisation

  • Cannot be expedited once production has started

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Adverse weather

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
